Toney, on the left, is the manager of the Lone Star restaurant here in West Monroe. He is an awesome chef! When I go there, he prepares my meals exactly like I want it. I had the red snapper, shrimp and filet mignoin last time! It was awesome and allowed me to stay on my diet with no problems! I can't wait to go back!
