Hip Hop is Hot!!

HIp Hop class has been booming. Over 60 students from ULM are showing up each week! We have a great time dancing! Tonights class lasted for 55 minutes. My diet has been constant during the week. On the weekend, I have been allowing myself a cheat DAY! Closer to competition, this will turn into 1 cheat MEAL. My weight workout today consisted of Abs, Back and Bi's.

Pushups 2x20 (warm up)
Hypers for lower back 2x15
Assisted Pullups 80# helping 1x12, 70# helping 1x12
Standing cable close-grip Rows 80# 1x15, 90# 1x15
1-arm Dumbbell Rows 35# 2x15
Barbell Curls 35# 1x12
Incline Dumbbell Curls 15# 3x15
21's 25# 1x

My clothes are getting looser! I can't wait to measure again.
